Hof Ganal offers an exquisite selection of fine brandies and liqueurs with impressive quality and fine flavours. Natural and unsprayed fruit is harvested from orchards with around 200 fruit trees for the farm’s own distillery. Williams Christ pears, cherries, plums and redcurrants from the farm’s own orchards are used to create a very special selection of Lake Constance schnapps. The range is complemented by fresh, seasonal fruit that is lovingly grown in the region. The Ganal family stands for tradition and the highest standards for their products.
